What does upgrading to Pro add?
The asking side. Free models the graph; Pro interrogates it: build dashboards, ask unlimited questions in the premium Q&A chat, and run the Analyst’s agentic investigations over your own data. Enterprise adds the programmatic layer on top: the GRAM Query API, portable graph export, and embedding the graph in your own applications.
How does pricing work for a team?
You pay for the people who ask. Anyone who only views dashboards shared by your team is free, no seat required. Each person who builds dashboards or runs investigations subscribes to Pro.
Can I switch or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period, and your access continues through the period you already paid for.
